Booking policies

A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure appointments.

Deposits are deducted from the total service price.

Clients who fail to show up must pay 50% of their remaining appointment balance.

Any new booking following a no-show requires 100% payment in advance.

VIP requests require approval before the appointment is confirmed.

Once approved, $50 is due upfront: a $15 deposit that goes toward your services plus a $35 after-hours fee.

If a VIP appointment is a no-show, the $50 is kept in full.

Clients must cancel at least 2 hours before their appointment for their deposit to be eligible for transfer.

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment will forfeit their deposit.

There is a 15-minute grace period.

A $15 late fee applies.

Appointments may be canceled if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late.

I do not work over another nail technician's work.

Please arrive with bare nails.

If a soak-off is required, a $15 fee will apply.

Basic nail repairs are $5 per nail.

Clients should upload their inspiration pictures when booking.
