After-hours & Sunday appointments
Need a time outside regular studio hours? VIP appointments are open Monday–Saturday outside 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and Sundays any time — always by approval only.
How VIP works
- 1. Send your request — name, phone, email, the date and time you want, your services and your inspo pictures.
- 2. Keii reviews it and approves, declines, or offers you an alternative time.
- 3. Once approved, you pay $50 upfront: your $15 deposit (which goes toward your services) plus a $35 after-hours fee.
- 4. Your appointment is officially confirmed only after that payment goes through.
VIP appointments are subject to availability and require approval from Nailz By Keii. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment.
Deposits
A $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure appointments.
Deposits are deducted from the total service price.
No-show policy
Clients who fail to show up must pay 50% of their remaining appointment balance.
Any new booking following a no-show requires 100% payment in advance.
